[b]The Forum, City 92 Precinct 6 Server, Map, and all things affiliated or created by the owner are subject to be verdicted or affected by these following rules. Any breach of these rules or codes of conduct can result in a server or forum ban for any extended amount of time. If you have made ANY online purchases with any amount of money, or access the server or forums, you AGREE that you are held responsible for any punishments that you must undergo, and as a result, cannot legally take action upon the owner, or any of the staff within the City 92 Precinct 6 Team.  [size=150]Section 1: (FORUMS)[/size] [size=100]All sections will be held with an addendum if it applies an exception.[/size][/b] [b]Definitions: DDOS - Harmfully attacking a physical server and causing issues to occur within the game, typically by hijacking a server and filling it with empty packets.  DOS - The revealing of personal information through breaching of security and privacy.[/b] [b]1. Any forms of racism, sexism, hate speech, implied hate, DDOS, DOS, or any form of online attacking, whether it have physical, psychological, or mental impacts, are FORBIDDEN and will result in an immediate ban, and if required, can precede with any form of legal action that is required. 2. Any spam, or improperly categorized content CAN and WILL be deleted at any time by any of the members of the City 92 Precinct 6 Staff Team if veridicted otherwise. If you have a complaint about a post you have made hence been deleted, you have the right to complain directly to the owner of the City 92 Precinct 6 server and open a case. If you wish to post anything unrelated to the server, it must be in the etc. chat or otherwise will be deemed as spam. Continuous amounts of 'spam' or improperly categorized content can result in a temporary or permanent forum ban if deemed needed. 3. Any illegal replications of these forums or player posted content without the owners explicit permission or authorization WILL result in immediate action, and based off the severity, can result in informal or up to legal action if deemed necessary. 4. Any and all locked posts can and will be locked for as long as the staff deems necessary. If you post an application in a forum post, you must understand that if denial occurs, it will be locked and deleted within a week. If you have specific questions or concerns, a staff member is allowed to unlock it temporarily to view and do revisions to further an application. 5. Any applications that are submitted have a 7 day cool-down. If you are denied, you cannot upload another application for a week, or it will be automatically deleted. Timestamps will not be noted, but the cool-down is allowed to be shortened by a 12 hour error of margin. 6. Any illegal photos, videos, or other content will be deleted immediately. 7. The use of external chats, which includes but is not limited to Discord, Teamspeak, Skype, etc. are allowed to be used at any time. It is advised that you use the City 92 Precinct 6 Discord Server for support and help, but will always be open for team discussions if you wish for one to be set up. 8. Any impersonation of any Staff Member in the City 92 Precinct 6 Server will result in a month ban from both the forums and server.  9. Any evidence supporting an external affiliation to any malicious group(s) or person(s) (Madbluntz, etc.) will result in an immediate permanent ban. 10. If you wish to report a staff member, you MUST do it through the City 92 Precinct 6 Discord chat, and a demote application will be sent. No matter what, the Staff Member in question will always be talked to, and the application will always make an impact. If you wish to report any staff member that is a Superadmin or above, you must request the Owner of the City 92 Precinct 6 Server directly. 11. Any exploitation of the forums will result in an immediate permanent ban from both the forums and the server.[/b] [size=150][b]Section 2: (INGAME)[/b][/size] [b][size=120]Definitions: FailRP : Failiure to Roleplay properly. ERP : Erotic Roleplay OOC : Out of Character[/size][/b] [size=100][b]1. Any forms of ERP other than in an External Source will result in an immediate One (1) Week Ban.[/b] [b]2. Any forms of OOC hatred, or OOC conflict will result in a ticket or an immediate One (1) Day Ban. 3. Any forms of Exploitation, Hacking, or Breaching Security will result in an immediate Permanent Ban. 4. Any forms of Transferring Information/Items through other characters (YOUR OWN) will result in an immediate One (1) Week Ban.[/b] [b]5. Any forms of Loyalism towards the Combine will be considered FailRP, due to the fact that the Combine have taken all of your rights away and provides you with little to nothing. 5A. The Loyalist System does not exist. It was never implied in the Half Life 2 game, and does not make sense in the Combine Universe. 6. Any forms of Loyalism towards the RIOT Police will NOT be considered FailRP, since a human connection can be made ICly. Although you have the right to hate them as you please, it will NOT be considered FailRP to like them. 7.  Any bugs or glitches with the map cannot be abused, or it will be categorized as exploiting. 8. Any spam in the OOC Global Chat will result in a Server Mute for a dependent amount of time, depending on the severity.[/b][/size]
